I mean, being cast in the lead role of a big production and everything. I was so nervous in rehearsals. I totally flubbed my lines and my building-smashing was so wooden. But I finally relaxed. The director reminded me of an ex-boyfriend, so I channeled that emotion and – hey, it must have worked, right? Then...I sensed a scent. Something I'd never smelled before. A mixture of grease and metal so intense it set me all aquiver. Then... he walked out under the lights. I'd had my eye on the writer (he's sooooo hot!) But he couldn't hold a candle to my Robie. There he was in all his glittering glory. It was love at first sniff. And I could tell from the way he developed a small glitch in his gait control, that he felt it too. Emotion is such a big part of this business that there are often flings and romances on set. But this was different. This was it. I was in love. Anyway, people are always asking what it's like to be a movie actress. Well it can be pretty glamorous I guess. But it's also hard work. If you look closely, you'll spot my "body double" - they had to use a human in a suit (!!!!) as a stand-in, for technical rehearsals and while I was in make-up. Like I needed it!!!
